President of Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdoğan received Abdulkadir Mohamed Nur, Minister of Ports and Maritime Transport of the Federal Republic of Somalia.
The meeting, held in Ankara, focused on strengthening cooperation between the two countries in the fields of maritime transport, port infrastructure, and regional logistics. Both sides emphasized the strategic importance of deepening bilateral ties and enhancing mutual investments in port operations and maritime security.
Minister Nur expressed appreciation for Türkiye’s continued support in Somalia’s development, particularly in logistics and infrastructure. President Erdoğan reaffirmed Türkiye’s commitment to standing by Somalia in its journey toward economic growth and stability.
