Abdulahad Kokdagi, Coordinator for Somalia at the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA), stated that last week a delegation visited Somalia’s autonomous regions of Puntland and Somaliland.
The Turkish delegation met with Somaliland President Ahmed Mahamoud Silanyo.
