President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan (fourth from right) and Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud Adel Abdulle (third from right) officially inaugurated the Somalia–Türkiye Education and Research Hospital during a high-profile ceremony in Mogadishu.
The opening ceremony was also attended by First Lady Emine Erdoğan (fifth from right), Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu (second row, second from left), Minister of Health Mehmet Müezzinoğlu (second row, third from left), and Deputy Prime Minister Numan Kurtulmuş (second row, far left).
The hospital is a major milestone in Türkiye’s ongoing support for Somalia’s healthcare infrastructure.
