President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, during his official visit to Somalia’s capital Mogadishu, jointly inaugurated the new Turkish Embassy building with Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud.
The opening ceremony was also attended by First Lady Emine Erdoğan, Somali First Lady Qamar Omar Ali, and Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu.
The inauguration marks another milestone in strengthening diplomatic relations between Türkiye and Somalia, reflecting Türkiye’s ongoing commitment to supporting Somalia’s reconstruction and development efforts.
