Somali President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmaajo met with President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan at the Presidential Complex in Ankara during his official visit to Türkiye.
Following a one-on-one meeting between the two leaders, they chaired an interdelegation meeting to discuss strengthening cooperation in various fields including development, defense, and agriculture.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Mehmet Şimşek, Minister of Development Lütfi Elvan, Minister of Food, Agriculture and Livestock Faruk Çelik, and Minister of National Defense Fikri Işık. Both sides emphasized their commitment to enhancing strategic partnership and continuing mutual support in key sectors.
