The 1st Session of the Türkiye-Somalia Joint Economic Commission (JEC) was held at the Turkish Ministry of Economy, marking a significant step in strengthening bilateral economic relations.
Deputy Prime Minister of Türkiye, Recep Akdağ (right), and Deputy Prime Minister of Somalia, Mahdi Mohamed Gulaid (second from right), attended the meeting and signed the official protocol.
The session focused on enhancing cooperation in trade, investment, infrastructure, agriculture, and various other sectors, laying the groundwork for a deeper economic partnership between the two countries.
