The “Türkiye-Somalia Business Council Working Luncheon” was held with the participation of Somalia’s Minister of Planning, Investment and Economic Development, Jamal Mohamed Hassan, and the Chairman of the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK) Türkiye-Somalia Business Council, Ahmet Sami İşler.
During the meeting, participants discussed opportunities to strengthen bilateral trade and investment ties between Türkiye and Somalia. Emphasis was placed on expanding cooperation in infrastructure, agriculture, energy, and logistics sectors.
The event served as a platform for business leaders and government officials from both countries to exchange ideas and explore new avenues for economic partnership.
