Türkiye’s Minister of National Defense, Hulusi Akar, met with Somali Minister of Defense, Hassan Hussein Haji, at the Ministry of National Defense in Ankara.
The two ministers discussed bilateral defense cooperation, ongoing military training programs, and regional security issues. The meeting reaffirmed the strong partnership between Türkiye and Somalia, particularly in military education and capacity-building efforts.
